Densit® Shotcrete for the mining industry

Densit supplies the high strength shotcrete mix “EUCO Densit® Shot” to the mining industry.
The EUCO Densit® Shot mix is unique as it develops 23 MPa (3,500psi) within two hours and more than 96.5 MPa (14,000psi) in 28 days. Furthermore cohesion of the mix allows high build and higher shear bond strengths than conventional shotcrete mixes.

• the early strength development allows for an extra mining cycle per day
• the ultimate strength allows for a thinner application

• vertical build >225mm (9”) in single pass
• overhead build >150mm (6”) in single pass
• extremely low permeability
• approx. two times the abrasion resistance of conventional shotcrete
